Irregular form placement casts playful space and light

Program: Home & Office

Client:  Zillion Innovation Co., Ltd.

Size:   2,000 Sq.m.

Scope: Architectural and Interior Design

Located on the outskirts of Bangkok, this multifunctional building serves as both the headquarters and private residence of Zillion Innovation Co., Ltd. The architecture reflects the diverse nature of the organization through its bold geometry and dynamic forms, housing a variety of programs including office spaces, a showroom, meeting rooms, a canteen, carpark, warehouse, and a private residence.

One of the standout features is a prominent volume clad in the company's signature green wall system, showcasing their commitment to sustainable design and innovation. The building's angular forms respond directly to the irregular shape of the site and the adjacent canal, maximizing views of the surrounding lush greenery.

Extensive use of glass walls and windows invites natural light into the interior, while aluminum screening elements provide a second skin to mitigate solar heat gain. Interstitial negative spaces between the forms are creatively utilized as shaded courtyards and garden balconies, enhancing the building’s livability and connection to nature.
