Sleek and refined, the tower unfolds with playful corners
Program: Residential High-rise
Client: Raimon Land Public Company Limited
Size: 27,415 Sq.m.
Scope: Architectural and Interior Design
Located in one of Bangkok’s busiest districts, the project is envisioned as an exclusive niche for contemporary city living. The residential mix comprises Simplex, Loft, and Duplex units, each crafted to suit diverse urban lifestyles.
The building mass is vertically divided into two slender forms, expressed through dual glazing tones and articulated with vertical metallic accents. This composition delivers a crisp aesthetic, where refinement is conveyed through both materiality and proportion.
Meticulous attention is given to the detailing of windows, doors, balconies, and metal cladding—elements that choreograph reflections, cast nuanced shade, and bring depth to the façade.
At ground level, the lobby frontage opens directly onto a lush garden, creating an immediate sense of calm upon arrival. Two acquired shophouses on-site are reimagined with distinct identities: one transformed into a pond garden combined with co-working and screening spaces that can be transitioned seamlessly into a party venue at night.; the other completely rebuilt as a herbal garden. Their intimate, secluded atmospheres make them memorable pockets of retreat within the urban dynamic.
Higher in the building, the swimming pool deck is conceived as an elevated forest. Abstracted tree forms envelop the space, while a reflective ceiling fabric visually lifts the volume above the water, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape and enhancing the sense of immersion.
Ultimately, the design assembles a series of deliberate moments—light, shadow, texture, and landscape—to form a serene vertical retreat in the center of Bangkok.
