Conceived as a sanctuary for peaceful living, this project is nestled in a quiet residential district just minutes from the bustling Sukhumvit Road. The design features two L-shaped buildings that frame a spacious central courtyard, reserved for a serene garden and pool, completely cut off from the outside world to create a tranquil atmosphere.

A fitness building overlooks the courtyard, while the carefully planned spacing between blocks allows natural light and air to flow freely throughout the site. Warm, muted earth tones define the palette, creating a calming environment. The building facades are clean and refined, composed of windows and doors complemented by a series of vertical timber-patterned aluminum fins. Protruding glass-railing balconies reflect the surrounding trees and sky, adding depth and dynamic liveliness to the design.

Along the boundary walls, 2–3 meters of green space have been preserved, enhancing the uniqueness of the ground-floor units. Garden units enjoy direct access to landscaped greenery, offering residents a private connection to nature.
