Green horizons, elevated living
Program: Residential High-rise
Client: Sansiri Public Co., Ltd.
Size: 34,500 Sq.m.
Scope: Architectural Design
This residential high-rise is designed around simple living with a flow of recreational spaces from ground to sky. A compact footprint frees up a large green zone at the base, where the fitness area and pool sit within a park-like landscape.
The lounge faces the garden for a direct connection to nature, with sliding–folding doors that fully open to welcome cool year-end breezes. Vehicular circulation is planned to avoid crossing the garden and lounge, ensuring privacy and safety.
The residential floors adopt a Z-shaped plan, creating a sleeker, less massive form than a typical L shape. This layout also divides the sky gardens into front and rear, allowing units on both sides to enjoy elevated greenery. The façade retains an orderly expression, enhanced by copper-tinted protruding windows that gently graduate upward, adding shimmer and vibrancy.
The rooftop is dedicated to a sky garden with panoramic city views. At the podium, horizontal expression is explored through zigzag precast RC panels, aluminum screens, and organized ventilation louvers, with reflective panels introduced to lighten the masculine base.
Together, these elements shape a residential tower that pairs slender vertical living with generous green spaces and architectural clarity.
